Had similar problem about 6 years ago jilly. Only cleared eventually by lying on floor for a week. All you eed is a wiling helper and a bed pan. Thre are also various male inspired remedies which might work. They always do for me lol |

thanks Joy and Kaz.......hot water bottle seems to be helping a wee bit.....have also tried the exercise that mandy mentioned and will keep trying that out!!! Anne - thanks - knew I could count on you to be the sensible one !! Bec and Julie are just revelling in gaining extra alcohol!!! lol Even if I thought a wee drink mite help I have no way of getting any tonight!!! |

Jilly you have my utmost sympathy !!!! I suffer on and off with sciatica - can kick without a seconds notice and don't you know about it when it does lol. Wondered where you got to yesterday ;O)) In all seriousness a wee drink may help because you will relax a little................ Hope it eases soon hun xxx |

Hi Jill i sympathise with u totally...i have suffered back problems nw for 4yrs and the pain is excrusating to say the least...my nerves are trapped and being squashed at the base of my spine, i too have sciatic which is also painful...i do hope you have found some relief since you posted this...my thoughts are with u... kaz xx |

Jill I've not been normal for the past 11 years LOL. Always in some sort of pain with my leg and can't do anything about it but take painkillers or anti-inflammatories. Joy |
