Hi everyone, Have looked at everyones messages and think the best thing to do is ask you all to say your preferred date. Sat.6th May Sat.13th May Sat.20th May The suggested venue is the Hotel Nelson which is just across the road from the Railway station and also not that far from the Records Office. Ideal time would be from 1pm onwards to allow those who want to visit the Records Office in the morning time to get back. I will go with the majority, so make sure you put your name down! Please let me know asap so that I can arrange it and give everyone plenty of notice. Look forward to seeing you! Frances |

Liz, Have just checked the fixtures for Norwich City and it looks like all games will be finished by then so it shouldn`t be a problem. Alan, will keep our fingers crossed that you can make it (to make up for last time - Lol!) Frances |

That is a shame Linda, what time do you finish, maybe you could join us afterwards! Saturday seems to suit most people best which is why we picked it, especially for those who have a long way to travel. Maybe next time or perhaps we could have a mini meet in the summer. Keep in touch. Frances |

As I won't know when engineering works are till much nearer the date, any of them will do. Hotel Nelson is a great choice. Even someone like me can find it. |

I know weekends are difficult for some, but others work in the week. If there are more people who want a 'mid week' meet than a weekend one let me know, and I will go with the majority.
