Jeanette If you want to go, then go (I've never been a great one for petitions for people to stay - we're all grown ups we can make our own decisions), but please don't leave us just because of a few petty squabbles... come and sit on my fence instead lol Paul x |

I just read the terms and conditions and it seems like alot of them have been broken at some point or other, why don't GR do something about all this nastyness.? |

I've got 2 days to make my mind up if I should stay or go. I feel a song coming on! LOL It would be a shame if the minority were allowed to spoil it for the majority, but it looks like that's the way it's going! |

maybe those posts should not have been made in the first place? Think very carefully about what you are going to say, then think again as you type it, then again before you post it maybe? Jess |

I think it is all very sad, I used to enjoy using this site but now there is something kicking off almost everyday. Life is far to short for all of this bad feeling. I too have had my turn of bad PM's, it leaves a very bad taste and a feeling of no longer wanting to be part of the site, which is a shame as I have made so many friends. janey |

I have never seen anything like what has gone on in the last few days in my entire 41½ years (well except the abuse I used to get when I was at work, which makes what is on here pale into insignificance, but that's another subject). I am not involved in any of what has been happening and like probably hundreds of others only read the threads on this board most of the time, but don't post much, and even then, the behaviour on here is keeping me awake at night......... I agree with what you say Jess........If something REALLY serious happens then GR won't want that publicity. I cannot understand why they cannot see the need for a moderator as so many members are obviously not capable of moderating themselves. Merry |

Well I for one dared not post anything these days beyond. 'well done', Best wishes' 'good luck' ect. I never was much of a poster anyway, and right now, I don't really want to be. I am a moderator of another forum and if anyone gets into any dispute/misunderstanding, I mediate OFF the board. No slanging matches, blame, PM's ect and it usually resolves quickly. I am all for moderators and bans for people who break the rules. So there! (I'll go back in me corner now) Claire xx |

I'm not sure that moderators are the answer- the answer lies with US as indiviuals.- what we say, either to or about people, and the ramifications involved |

Dont give up on the general board - i would! One day something will happen as a result of something being said /done that will have dire and far reaching consequences. |
