It certainly is a job for life isn't it. My hubby has done his share too, he's been with her all day, but it's my turn tomorrow while he goes to work.

Here's some energy coming all the way from Switzerland for Tanya to help get those contractions going! My second had to be induced. What is it with these second babies?!?! All well worth it in the end though which is what Tanya and Ashley will be saying soon. Will keep looking in for news. Hope all goes well. Margaret

Lucy, my daughter is expecting twins in 8 weeks, but looks and feels full-term now. She is exhausted too. I just want to keep hugging her and I'm doing everything I can to help her with her little boy. Positive thoughts to your daughter and you. Susan

My eldest daughter is 9 days overdue to have her baby (the 2nd one) and she's just gone home in an absolute state of exhaustion poor lamb. We think she's in labour but its being so slow and not coming quite to fruition yet. Doesn't your heart go out to them when you see them distressed and if only we could do it for them!!! ...(but then again.....!!! LOL ) A nice flow of positive thoughts might cheer her up and gee her on a bit, so - Tanya (and Ashley, the proud and patient but very nervous expectant father) 'come on my sweet - you can do it and you'll soon both be the happiest and proudest you've ever been - and I love you dearly.' Mum x x UPDATE....... expectanct Grandma sits not very patiently drumming fingertips on desk...........
