It's one step at a time Malc .............. daft as it seems try making yourself a time table ............. aim to be in bed for midnight at the latest and set your alarm for 8am .............. always aim for eight hours sleep regardless of the time you go to bed, any more makes you feel like everything is an effort .................. Don't expect to get the routine sorted all in one go, just a bit at a time. Give it a try it's amazing what a difference it makes .............. honest! ;-))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) |

Hi Malc, I lost my Dad very suddenly when I was 21 and then had to face the reality of caring for my Mum as she had depression, MS and epilepsy, at that time, I was also working as a carer. Something had to give and I gave up my job to do something more 'selfish' I had to have a bit of 'me' time before I knew I could give 100%, I didn't realise how depressed I was until I had made that move. Good luck. |

One step at a time Malc. I'm sure your mum means well. I know mine,God rest her soul, was very blunt at times but I knew she just wanted to help, I'm sure your mum is the same xx |

May sound like a cliche but Weightwatchers is brilliant and a good chance to meet people too. I swear by it! I can imagine that there are times when 26 years seemed like yesterday. |
