Malc, Hi, I don't think we've spoken before but I've just read your thread and I hope you are feeling good about yourself today. Although I have no experience of being a carer myself , my sister has and she now works for various organisations supporting the valuable work that carers do. You should be very very proud of yourself and about what you are doing. I wondered if there are other carers on here who might benefit from a bit of mutual support and wondered if you felt up to perhaps instigating anything along these lines? Just a simple 'carers united' thread perhaps as a means of sharing info that you've learned by experience? Anyway I wish you well, you sound a lovely gentle caring kinda guy. Treat yourself a little better OK! Love Jen x

Hi Malc, Hows you today? What about Ebay or Exchange and Mart for your bike part. We used to have a bikers scrap yard but its gone now im afraid or I would of had a look, my last bike was a Kawasaki 650 back in 198?. Now im quite boring with my scenic lol. Why don`t you look out for some sprint meets or whatever locally often pick up parts through word of mouth, good luck, suex

May sound like a cliche but Weightwatchers is brilliant and a good chance to meet people too. I swear by it! I can imagine that there are times when 26 years seemed like yesterday.
