Donna, sorry you aren't well - hope the antibiotics are helping now, and you soon feel better. As well as all the 'drink water advice', forget expensive cranberry drinks, which are usually partly water anyway, and get someone to get you cranberry capsules from H & B, they are much more concentrated and work faster. Take care now, maybe you are doing a bit too much. Liz x |
