I keep getting some bloke, who sounds like you'd imagine a cartoon 'thug' sounds, who offers to clean my oven! :-S :-S :-S

I only have 2 handsets, one at the bottom of the stairs, the other by my bed.
It's not a big house.

We have had three telephone handsets for some time. Now, one of the bases has stopped charging the phone and, truth to tell, I can't find one of the others. I think it is somewhere inside the sofa but, as I am trying to get this patchwork finished(and I am in disgrace for buying some more fabric today) I have not taken the trouble to look for it, so we have invested in new phones.

There are four handsets so now we have one in the kitchen, one in the front room and one on either side of the bed.

It was not so long ago that we only had one and it was in the box down the road by the school!
