Whatever are you two on about? I've been down in my greenhouse trying to erect some new staging and now I've come in because I was getting cold, ratty and the air was turning blue, so I was hoping for a little light relief. Huh?

I've always remembered the time I lied when young. We went to a school fair. I bought two tickets, one for my Dad and one for me. I won the tin of processed peas, he won the 7 Up. It was delicious! :-0

Prickles likes processed peas Lavender - they cost her a tenner :-0 ;-) :-)

When i was 13, i asked if i could go to the fair with friends and my Mum said absolutely not!! :-\

But i went anyway! :-P

My mum had mentioned at sometime or other that she would like a gold fish.
So i thought if i could win her one, i would be forgiven for sneaking off to the fair. ;-)

I carefully carried the gold fish all the way home in it's little plastic bag filled with water......all excited at how happy and surprised my Mum would be when she saw it. :-)

I crept in the back door and ran some water in the sink.

Just as i plopped little fishy into the water........my Mum came storming into the kitchen carrying a tea pot, which was half full of remaining hot tea and tea leaves, and swiftly emptied the contents in the bleddy sink!! :-0

Poor likkle fishy!! :-\
