2 years with a frozen shoulder put pay to mine, I just couldn't bear anything touching it, then I broke the collar bone on the other side , !!

Dont worry, Liz. I would be extremely careful and then decide to play it safe by not having one at all. I think I can do most things myself and if I cant I would pay a tradesman to come and do whatever, or ask a female friend to apply gooby to my back, or suchlike.

I always remember years ago when i used to visit my friends house, her Mum always had a habit of bending over every so often, hands up under her chest and wriggling about. I used to wonder what the ell she was up to!!
It was years before i realised she was actually jiggling around in order to pop her wotsits back in her bra!!

I'm another twister, i.e. fasten it and then twist it round, but I take it off in the "traditional" way. Have always done it this way. Don't know why.

Wonder what this really says about us.
