As a result of something Jude said I got to wondering......... How do you do up your bra fastening? I put my arms behind my back and do it by feel. When I first had the bypass surgery I had to turn the bra to the front and fasten it there.

I have to fasten it at the front and then twist it round the right way before putting my arms into the straps!!

Same as Kath and twiddle the fastenings to the front again to take it off, since I have tendonitis and limited range of movement, oh to be more supple

I have to fasten from the front and then swivel but that is not the proper way to get the best effect as you are supposed to drop boobs into bra and fasten from back. No wonder I sag so much. Hope that Merlin is not listening.

I fasten at the back after droping said boobs in to it ..BUT when I have had a problem with my shoulder I have either had to resort to the twist method or annoyingly ask OH to do me up.
Yes Merlin I have front fasteners but they aren't always comfortable or suitable ..Just thank somebody that you aren't female :-)

I am a drop 'em in 'girl' and fasten at the back, but when I had a frozen shoulder I had to get my son to help ( he was pre teen) or twist the fastenings to the front.

Since my hands and arms are now a problem and I struggle to do up the hooks in the front fastening bra I now have, I just fasten the hooks on the bras first then slip it over my head (like a vest or t-shirt). Of course I then have to go to great pains to make sure I am properly positioned in the cups afterwards.
