Its good for us to see some of Daffys old postings as it reminds us what a daft funny bat she was at times and she can still give us a laugh.,,she'd be blushing now....... :-D

Dizzi, what do you suggest we do? Keep everything related to Daff hidden away in case someone isn't ready for it?

The one person on GR closest to Daff nudged this thread up, Daff's husband reads them, if it's good for them then too bad for anyone who 'might not be ready'. Sorry.

This is a lovely reminder of the fun times and laughs we all remember Daff for.

Sue is one of Daffs best friends and a good friend of the family to boot...if anyone is qualified to carry the torch for Daff''s memory then Sue is x

I loved seeing Daff's postings here...though I have to confess I have from time to time lately searched out her posts to remind myself of the laughs she used to give us.

I think this thread is a fitting tribute x <3

Personally speaking, I would never dream of deleting anything I had from Daff, be they PM's or E-mails. Nor would I remove any of the threads we were both on.
They are a lasting rememberence of a lovely,kind,wise,fun-loving person, who was never afraid to speak her mind, but at the same time give sympathy where it was needed.
Forever in our Hearts and Minds.

It took me by surprise too, but it is lovely to see.
l have'nt deleted anything from Daff , don't intend to either. She was an inspiration to us all, some of her pm's and the threads should be made into a book of some sort:))

Thanks to those supporting my nudge, Mr. Daff and I text every day and speak 2/3 times a week and we meet up for drinkies as often as we can. He will love to be reminded just how funny she was on GR.

The worst you can do after losing someone special is to NOT talk about them.

The thing about Daff was that she made EVERYONE feel like she was their special friend - it was one of her many gifts bless her.
