I'm sure I'll enjoy it. The only thing I'm not fussed about is the Italian food at lunchtime :-( I'll end up with spag bol againI; and I'm not keen on that unless I cook it myself without basil as I don't like herbs!! I'm not keen on pizza either!!

I am quite a plain eater, as that was how food was in my youth. None of all the foreign meals that are available today. I guess I have become quite picky because of that. I often wonder how children would survive nowadays. We used to have to eat what was put in front of us or go hungry :-0 :-0

Maz, I'm pleased that Froggy seems to doing ok with his Covid, although even heavy cold type systems are not nice. As long as he keeps improving, all will be good.

I'm not hanging around for long tonight, as I have to be up early tomorrow ready for the off to Manchester. I woke at 5am this morning, so feeling a bit jaded now!!! I've been dashing round doing some unmentionables since I finished work and also nipped down to the outlet to see if I could get some new ankle boots, but came home without any. I just bought a pack of socks!! :-D :-D

We are going to the afternoon session of Strictly, so hopefully should be home for 7.30 to 8.00ish, depending how long it takes to get out of the car park!! I hope it is much easier than a couple of years ago when we went to the evening show, as it was over an hour's wait to get out. Hopefully a lot of people will staying in the city to eat, drink and be merry and won't be moving their cars :-D :-D

We are lucky in that the carpet man is a friend and we have known him for many years, we only need to move the ornaments type stuff, he and his son will move the heavy stuff :-D.

it is bitter here ,expecting high winds for most of the weekend ,
everywhere is so mucky looking today the verges are muddy trees are just brown no shoots yet of course the bulbs are slowly poking through .

Froggie says he feels like he has a heavy cold now so far so good .

We have the upheaval of clearing the lounge so the new carpet can be put down, it is when you realise how much you have, no spare space to put it all but it will only be for a couple of hours, thank goodness.

Afternoon all, it's been a busy morning for us. OH and son did another tip run and I caught up with a load of admin before cleaning right through downstairs. :-D

I will be cracking on with some bits around the house except for a short while when OH and son are going to the tip. I will sit with my feet up and drink a coffee :-D :-D. Nite nite YG, sleep well and see you tomorrow. :-D <3

I haven't had many from them, LG, but I found them to be ok. I must admit though that with working at home I have been at home more often than not. I didn't have any issues at the office as I always had parcels delivered there.

I must go and dive under the duvet now. It's past my bed time!!

I have never had any problems with them as I use them to send parcels up north as well as receiving them. DPD however are a different matter :-|
