His hens ( he only had two ) where collected by the poultry inspector , just after his notice to quit ran out . He asked for them back apparently a few days later but I don't think he was given them , they wearn't on the plots at any rate .

Enjoy your day Sue - stay out of the heat. Bye

Amanda2003 Report 13 Nov 2014 22:42

The keys are special security ones that can't ( apparently ) be copied , each is numbered , one for each plot ( but if someone has more than one plot they only get one key ) . I will keep hassleing about the key or getting the lock changed :-|
I do expect some sort of revenge attack , he is certainly the type .

Changing the padlocks may have to happen . I for one am not comfortable that he could still get in if he wanted to . If the locks do need changing he will get the bill !
Everyone up there seems very releaved that it is finally done !

I hope you do get the key back Amanda before he copies it. If he does, he could keep coming back and causing damage. It would be expensive, but maybe you will have to resort to changing the lock and giving everyone a new key

Tecwyn

Tecwyn Report 13 Nov 2014 22:37

Wow - an every day story of country folk :-D

You should change the locks and issue new keys to the plot holders.

and watch your back.

silly man :-(

SueMaid

SueMaid Report 13 Nov 2014 22:35

It might be easier to change the locks and issue new keys, Amanda. Let's hope that's the end of that. What a kerfuffle :-0

SueMaid

SueMaid Report 13 Nov 2014 22:34

Is he mad? I hope he's not wearing his jacket. Would you be able to tell the difference if he went raving mad with sunstroke :-D

Keep waiting Linda - it will take some time to get there :-D

There was a big " ho down " ? on Tuesday . Our committee got the okay from the upper management to raise it all to the ground on Thurday ( today ) but we decided to create a barrier to his getting back on the plots with his car , made out of the numerious pallets and wood etc , whilst building the said barrier he appeared , efused to speak to us ,we where saying " your tresspassing , give us the key back please " , he called the police ( expecting us all to be arrested I think , as he was hissing " prision , prision " at us ) . The police said we where being " mob handed " etc etc but eventually listened to the vice chairman . They managed to get the problem to leave . Later that evening there was a phone call from one of his " friends " , that said he was " throwing the towel in " and taking " no further action " .
We cleared most of the structures / rubbish and burnt it this morning .
The key still needs to be returned but that is down to the general secretary to get it back ........................ phew :-)
