They definitely don't sound like locals :-D

But did they lend anything to the ambience of the establishment?

I don't often venture into Fairthingy, perhaps I should go more often - me having led a sheltered life :-D

I was thinking along the lines of that movie I have not seen "Priscilla Queen of the Desert'

Apart from when I was in India, I have only eaten in one Indian Restaurant here and that was because the owner kept insisting on us eating there. We were guests of his and he would not allow us to pay. Our eldest daughter loves Indian food and us two and our youngest avoid it.

So what are you going to have to eat Tec? And what sort of hanky panky can one get up to with these slappers extraordinaire... (I do like your definition Linda, the mind conjures up all sorts of wickedness)

Sounds like a good place to have lunch - I like Indian food :-)

Yesterday Maisie was going crazy outside barking and running around as if demented. OH went outside to see what was going on and found a beautiful big lizard in the garden. It is a blue-tongue lizard which we don't often get in the garden. The colour on his body are beautiful. We bought Maisie inside as the lizard was happy lying in the garden in a sunny spot.

If they are, I hope they will be wearing more clothes for the winter, white high heels, mini skirts up to their armpits and strappy tops half a dozen sizes too small aren't really suitable. Still the bright pink dyed hair means you wouldn't loose them in the snow

I wonder if they might be still there Linda :-D :-D :-D can't wait

It is an Indian restaurant in the neighbouring village to Tec, owned by an ex Bollywood star.

The food was good, but the clientele was hmmm. To be fair it was summer time and there was a large group of "young ladies" who were presumably staying on the caravan site for a hen weekend. They were slappers extraordinaire

The Rugby Sevens sounds good :-D

SylviaInCanada

SylviaInCanada Report 29 Nov 2014 21:25

you'll have to tell us all about it, Tec

My daughter is keen on the Rugby sevens, though they have not been since August was born. It is only played at Wellington over two days and everyone dresses in fancy dress for it. It is a works outing for some. It is certainly great entertainment, A) watch the game and B) watching what the crowd is wearing.

Tecwyn Report 29 Nov 2014 21:21

Linda - You got it :-D :-D :-D

I can't wait, unlike you, I've never been there :-D

Persephone

Buckingham Palace..??

Tecwyn

Tecwyn Report 29 Nov 2014 21:20

Strange isn't it Persie?

I am sad when Wales loses to Australia, I know we will never beat the All Blacks, but I'm distraught if South Africa beat us - that really hurts.

What hurts the most is when England beat us :-| :-D and the French

Sylvia you may send snow on Christmas Eve- just a little.

Linda won't guess where I'm going for lunch

:-D

Persephone

Persephone Report 29 Nov 2014 21:17

With Sue, we know it's the markets or the garden centre.

With me it used to be Bunnings. Just think we haven't been there in ages.
