Was all shnuggled in the arms of sleep until 7.10, late for me lol!

I'm quite surprised, our bin men have been, thought it would be later during the week due to the Bank Holiday, am pleased though. xxx

I'm fine shimms, yesterday was a gloomy day here where l live, a women was murdered over the road from where l live, a big police presence all day and still here this morning, they do have someone in custody but makes you feel awful even though l didn't know her, makes me feel down.x

Am fine, hoping the sunshine will smile on us all, going for my morning walk soon ... trying to get into the habit of going, harder some days than others but getting there, one step at a time lol.

Have been for my walk, tis like a hot summers day here, absolutely beautiful and hot.

The only noise that filled the air was a gentle breeze accompanied by the sound of happy children playing and laughing.

Off out into the sunshine once more, do so hope you are all having a good day wherever you are, whatever you are doing.

Oh Shimms thanks, xx There is a picture of the young lady in our local paper, only 31 years old and had a young son, what a waste of a life, big police presence again this afternoon.I'm feeling much better this now just had a nap and dinner in the oven, (jacket potatoes) with lamb chops and side salad !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HELLO to everyone else, hope you all have had some sunshine today even you Cutie, lol.

Oh Hazel its not raining up there is it, (ha ha) maybe you'll get some nice weather soon, fingers crossed. Yes horrible when it happens close to home, never think it would affect you but there is a feeling of gloom in the road but as oh said, life goes on so now have a smile on my face and enjoying this lovely SUNSHINE (sorry) xx
