The house I grew up in is on there and their garage door is open......displaying mountain bikes, and tools galore !!!!

I'd get an alarm on it pronto if I were them!!!! xx

Stevie I agree completely. It WILL draw attention to it...it will no longer be just another house down a street. People will wonder what you've got to hide. *devils advocates missus* lol

Another thing to bear in mind, these pictures were taken last summer, so they are not by any means live or up to date.

Just been looking at my sons house.
I dont think it is a good idea. Lets would be burglars plan their routes and what there is to pinch including cars bikes etc.
Son told his wife he could see her in her undies inside the house, she wasnt a happy bunny lol.

Personally I've got no problem with it. You can see my flat and see right in the window. What can you see? The top of my kitchen unit with the saucepans on top.

Personally I've got no problem with it. Its no different to someone actually walking down your street than someone virtually walking down it.

I can see people would have a problem when things are shown as mentioned on the news, the man walking out of a sex shop, or someone being arrested, but other than that, I'm sorry I just dont get what objection anyone can have about their property being seen. You can ask to have the windows blurred out if you feel too much can be seen, but bear in mind it can also be seen in real life from someone standing in the street, and that may be far more of a problem.

What gets me about it, and I was looking through it last night, is that the street name signs are blurred out...but theres a tab at the top telling you which street you're in. Whats that about? lol

~~ waves to Marilyn xxx

Hi Muffy

I think it's up to the individual, say for example Marilyn ... if I were in her position I too might feel differently.

I know some friends who have managed to look at homes of their ancestors and are genuinely moved by the experience. xxx
