I cant remember the persons name , but there was a discussion
going on and i joined in and was asked who the h*ll i thought
i was , i hadnt used the boards before only to do my family tree
he said what wood work did i crawl out off ,
i didnt go back on the boards for a long time after that .
i knocked my confidance back an awful lot .

Well, I have been friends with many folks over time and for whatever reasons, have fell out with a few (that's life). But, am glad to say, those friends I value most, I am still very much friends with on here, elsewhere on the net and in "real life". Some, people on GR have become over the last few months, very good, trusted friends, who I hope to meet soon.....ironic cos some of them, I once never got on with at all....just goes to show i guess......

Possibly Bob in Berlin, early 2004. Not sure if he is still on this site; have seen him in rootschat site recently.
