My son works at Biggin Hill and hes just had a phone call at least 10cm expected Brrrrrrrr My Daughter will be so done in [she says]
as shes got her d test Tuesday already had one canclled cause of Ice ((.

Hubby has just come back from Ross on Wye (Focus) and says its just started here, only a few flakes at the moment. Poor son is out on the drive mixing plaster for the ceiling.....brrrrr (in a t-shirt!!)

Same here as Ann GG, bitterly cold but no snow.............yet in Swansea.

we've had one shower, which got quite heavy, but now we're back to brilliant blue skies and sunshine.

We just had some in Surrey

Literally just a few flakes here about 11.20 ish then bright blue sky.
It's now darkened to a dull grey and looks as if we could be in for some snow soon.

I like snow - but they never grit either the roads or pavements round here - I have a half mile walk until I reach a gritted area!! It's not flat either, part from the hills, those dipped pavements (for car access) are horrendous!
It was so icy one day last week, what normally takes me 10 minutes to walk took me 25!

I was in sheffield this morning and it started to snow as i was coming home about 11 o clock. I love it when it first falls but when it turns to ice it is horrendous on the roads where i live cos they don't get gritted.

It's snowing here now in Telford, only small flurries but it's snowing Yippeeeeeeeee.

It started here at about 12 and tried for a couple of hours but it's not snwoing at the moment.

I'm in East kent - on the coast.

And it's back! The earlier shower was large soft white flakes and was very pretty. This is that small mean vicious stuff that looks like it means business!

Guess who's pooch might not get his walk today? (He hates it as much as I do until it stops - when he loves it.)

Well son is finishing off now, but the door is open again cause he's cleaning his tools and its even more blinky freezing and there are more speckles of the WHITE STUFF, very small though!!!

We had a few small flakes at 9am here in Norfolk and it's been coming down in dribs and drabs since then. Just a sprinkling on the ground at the moment and it isbitterly cold.

Very cold this side of Monmouth, Jude, but if it snowed I missed it. Havent set foot outside today and have just turned the heating back on.Turn it off when I am cooking, place gets warm enough then.
