I know I rarely post now but just had devastating news my lovely brother collapsed and died this morning.

Some of you know my husband has Alzheimer's and this news has had no effect on him whatsoever so am sitting here crying alone and longing for a hug.

Linda....l'm so sorry to hear this terrible news, wish l could be there to give you a hug in person. l was thinking of you the other day in relation to the meet in Swansea, would be great to see you there!!:o) Then l could not remember you as before!!! how embarassing was that:o((

Sorry to hear also that Vic did'nt recognise what you were saying to him. You have alot on your plate at the moment, but loads of peeps know you on here and will be sending loads more (((HUGS))))

Oh,Linda,I am so sorry to hear this news.I can understand how alone you must feel,and what a shock.

My father has Alzeimers, my brother went to work, suffered a catastrophic head injury ...

Linda, I am so sorry you have had such bad news, and to have no-one near to give you a hug, I know that feeling, it's happened to me in the past, only my then young son with me and he needed comfort, none for me.

How I wish I was able to come and have a cuppa with you and give you a hug, my friend.

May your dear brother rest in peace, and may you and all his family find comfort in happy memories of times spent together.
