Hi Rita. We did get the £250,but we were not entitled to the extra £25.00
when the weather went below zero.
Like your dad Pauline we dip out on so much,just for the small extra benefit off Roly's private pension. And even though he paid tax when he was working,he still gets taxed on it now.
We do get help with our council tax though,so I suppose I should not complain to much.
Ohhhh look everyone has gone and left me. Oh poor me.com

Marilyn I liked the email I use to do them when I did my cake decoration course at Ealing college but they put me to shame they look so real.
I am off to an AGM for this estate later today I am ready for this my blood pressure will probaly take a beating. I will let you know how I got on. I refused to go to the last one as I have no time for the Area Estates manger l do not get on with her she is one that tells you what to do and when , l get angry as I own this flat but sadly not the lease.and our Estate manager is not use to elderly people.so she does what the area manager directs.

I am thinking of my son in Law he goes into hospital this morning for tests he has been ill for some time and they have not found out why so today with private treatment we might find out.

Mo, it's the same with investments, you pay tax on the money you earn and then it gets taxed again when you invest it, the government would tax fresh air if they could get away with it.
