Had a good day with my sister and ALL the animals !!
But I could smell dogs everywhere .....Oh I don't like that, she needs shake & vac, all over boy was I glad to come home.

Hi Mo, not spoke to you for a long time , good old darts well done.

Doing some homework for tomorrow as I am down at the record office in Plymouth doing my bit for others, and of course myself.
Dont suppose any of you need a look up as I think I could squeeze one more in amongst the 8 lookups I already have !!

Glad to read your good news Rita. I really do think us all being with you in thought helps.
My nurse just said I was doing most things right. I need to try to eat breakfast which I don't do every day.
I walked Little to the post box this afternoon but I wheezed up the hill, coming back wasn't as bad.

Spoke to my Dad tonight. He sounds positive and is OK for the operation, just waiting to hear when now. Mum sees her Hospital next Monday.

Yes 1st to 5th gets a rosette & prize card(which is a piece of card same colour as rosette) both have the club you won them at on. and are coloured red for 1st, navy blue for 2nd, yelow for 3rd, racing green for 4th & white for 5th. so my fav colour is red for obvious reasons(at shows anyway) some shows like the big shows I go to there aren't rosetes on offer. look i'm rambling off on one now, boring you all to death.
Yes I'm alway pleased to be placed rather than not (even if I may think the judge may be wrong...lol)

Linda I am pleased things are begining to get sorted for your mum and Dad it is a worry no good saying it isnt. I felt on edge waiting for the doctor to read my papers
I am annoyed with the blood test department twice i have been there and they make a terirble mess of my arm it was bleeding for quiet a while and when I took the plaster off to night it was bloody and the arm itself is black and blue all the blood tests I have and it is only at that hospital this happen I think they use a different needle I tell them I am on wafarin and show then my yellow card so they do know.
I hope you have luck tomorrow Marilyn at Plymouth office the reason I asked you to look for Absalom was that if he had joined the navy like his brother Walter then when the cenus were taken he could have been at sea an d if he died he could have died at sea,so there would be no death certificate..

Hi Rita, glad the visit went ok apart from the blood tests, hope your arm heals quickly and the bruises go away.

Lots to catch up with so will just send hugs to all
Going to the new counselling co ordinator today so hope she accepts me on their lists and finds someone reliable quickly, not someone like the last two who left part way through the sessions.

I must remember to put a button on my lip I said lovely weather sun shining yes then guess what it snowed real white fluffy stuff it has stopped now but it is extra cold.
Glad to see your still about Yvonne and thanks for your remark .my sister wants me to go and stay with her for a week or two I said I might manage it on 22 nd but we will have to see I never know what letter will pop throuh my door after I have had a blood test
I wonder how our Marilyn is doing at the records office.

We had snow this morning here in Kent,but thank god it did not lay.
But god it's a bloooomin freezing wind blowing out there,so I have stayed in the warm today.
I hope the councellor is a help for you Liz. A person who understands what you are going through,will be a good help for you.
I will check my e.mails in a minute Pauline,thanks for all off them,keep em coming.
I wonder if Maz is stuck in the records office,I can just imagine her being hidden amongst a pile off papers.

Afternoon everyone
Well I had a most interesting morning. I now have a beautiful head of hair. My own has been failing for a few years and my husband has been quite worried for me with the wedding coming up. Well I finally gave in and we went to a special shop. Now I feel and look so much better and all I have to do is give it a shake and it is back to looking beautiful(well almost).
Little is sleeping hence being on at this time.
I managed a couple of names last night, must do more tonight.
A friend is coming for tea later so I shall get her reaction to my new hairdo. I'll let you know.

Sorry to hear about your poor arms Rita I hope they heal quickly. It does take a while though.

Oh Linda, I wish I just had to shake my hair to make it look good. Not only will you feel and look better with your new hair - it'll keep you warm as well, just what you need in this weather. You won't have to worry about a bad hair day on the day of the wedding - just pick it up and put it on.

I've just come in and it's started to snow again, thank goodness I missed it.

Rita, if you've got snow down there and we've got it up here, it must be covering the whole country.

Mo, according to the forecast the snow is going to be worse in Kent this time, are you anywhere near Kent?

Hi Yvonne, that was a flying visit.

Pauline I live in Surrey the Woking district but the snow has stopped and the sun is out but it is very cold.
I have been speaking to a cousin of mine on the phone a few minutes ago and she squealed my god it is snowing heavyy here she said there is a wind as well and it is making it worse. next breath she ask when are you coming for a holiday to me. I said not when you have snow thank you./
some places have it quet badly others have escaped it. I hope it stay dry to morrow I have to go and have another blood test done at my doctors tomorow morning. the other arm this time.

Oh Pauline you make me laugh, "do I live in Kent ", have you looked at my name babe. Yep I am in Kent. I am dreading opening the curtains in the morning,just in case we are snowed in again.

Well I was quite pleased as I needed some look-ups for myself and succeeded .
Only had Chicken & Chips & Pickle for dinner, well I cant do that as well can I ? LOL
Good job Pete is contented ,he'll eat whatever I put in front of him .

Its cold here , I think Sue has whoosed it down here.
Got the log fire on and I'm going to sit in front of it with a nice cup of tea.
