I had something that didn't agree with me yesterday and was not at all well this morning. I was due to go to work but just couldn't & have felt delicate all day.
Hope all is back to normal tomorrow

sorry to hear your not well there are a lot of viruses going about I have just emailed the hospital I was suppose to go to tomorrow morning as I have felt off colour this afternoon I feel sick and have been coughing and shivering all afternoon.

I am pleased to hear you are better this morning Lady I am bunged up dont feel to-good but have to go out to get fresh milk and bread but it is only across the road from me about 5 minutes walk.

Afternoon everyone

hope everyone had a lovely Christmas, mine was very quiet, only 4 of us Christmas Day and Boxing Day,
Yesterday we went to my sister in Kent. They have a new puppy, a Staffie, she is so cute but very naughty!!
Saw my brother and SIL too, they've just had a extention built on the side of their house now have 4 bedrooms instead of 2 and a larger lounge.

Rita I read about your grandaughter on your post, how dreadful, hope she is feeling better, I can't belive the doctor and nurses were so unprofesional.

Yes it was a teriible time for Stacey but this hospital has a bad reputation it use to be one of the best but not anymore.
There is a list as long as an arm of mistakes they have made when she has been in the hospital The Doctors always come out of it white.

I have got a little spare time..LOL

Grand children have kept be busy I think I have played every game that they had between them,and loads of cheating has been going on ...

Son & Daughter in law has gone out for a meal,so I'm in charge of this lot ,and I now think its bed time as they have stayed up late enough !!

I have had a lovely Christmas,
I am going to meet (Liz Purple) for coffee tomorrow all being well ,if she can make it, looking forward to that.

At least it will get me out of the mad house..LOL

Morning all
Hubby has gone to work. He had a horrible day yesterday. Outside all day with a major problem. Cold wet and fed up. Then he left glasses at work!! His lunch box was forgotten too. But a nice hot shower perked him up before we went to friends.
We had a nice evening. A couple of glasses of wine and nice, but light food.
I get my sons dog to look after for the next few days tonight and they will have dinner with us. He has a laptop to look at for my niece, but I haven't told him yet !!!

Another wet & dreary(sp?) day here. I will probably get wet at work again, although boss was kind yesterday & we only done 3 hours work.

I have the Grandchildren again this morning as daughter in law is having to do a PCG in Norwich somewhere this morning. and Son decided it was a good Idea to have shopping hours on his own !

Had a lovely coffee with Purple Liz today nice to meet such friendly peeps, I think we chatted non stop for an hour !!

Then back home to reality.....KIDS ..!! LOL

Just had a lovely roast beef dinner, followed by trifle. hmmm forgot the diet !

Now going to watch TV..for a change.

I wouldn't have a clue how to put a washing machine together, I don't know how to turn my TV on sometimes as hubby got too many controls !!

pleased you met Liz in Norfolk. you can now put a face to a name the weather is quiety bad with all this rain we are having I suppose it is better then snow and ice.
we always seem to moan about the weather.
I have not been out today I have not felt well for the last couple of days seem to have caught the Gt Grandchildrens virus and I have not slept well either for the past two nights its been gone 3.30 last night it was 4 oclock and I was awake again at 7.30.

marilyn its easy all you have to do is

turn of the taps from under the sink and pull mains plug out then unswer the pips from the washer that leeds to the taps under the sink then undo and take of the wast pipe there one old washer to thow out

now to put new one in just put pipes back in the back of new washer put new wast pipe back on to the fitting under the sink then put new plug in mains then push new washer back in place and should now be ready to use

its as easy as that LOL

EDIT not for geting to take out bolts that are in the back of new washer to keep the drum still untill sold and fited

I have just ordered a new Dryer as last week it packed up ....so now got a new one being delivered .....not bad as my old one was 30yrs old !!

But I wont be even plugging that in ....hubby will ..!!!!!!!!

Shelly you could make a few bob fitting washing machines ...nice bit little earner ..LOL
