Battle fatigue more like it

I don't live anywhere near any of my ancestors " hubs ".............mine came from all over England and Wales.

It is a wind up being out on a limb.........I suppose in time more and more information will become available on the web but local knowledge from the actual places that " they " lived is often so useful.

Maybe everyone was watching the soaps. or putting up their Christmas decs.

I just hate the Walls......I think that is why I've given up...... for the time being at any rate .

I've got to the point that I have to travel to places to find new leads and at the moment that is not a possibility........but the ancestors arn't going anywhere and I'll find what is to be found eventually ( I hope )...........lol

think i need a bulldozer to take down some of my walls i've hit

Me neither Running Bear..........I know I haven't found them all but they are being very quiet.....I think that the ancestors are a bit like buses......nothing for ages ......then several come along at the same time.........lol

my tree thinks its winter,all the leaves have gone

Sitting here waiting for a reply from a distant cousin after we Hot Matched today.
She doesn't know it yet (I think) but I'm about to make her day. She shares my medieval line but the Hot Match only showed two recent members of the family so she's in for a BIG surprise.
