Had a big charity day at work to raise mney for a childrens hospice in the south wst.

Sister's eldest son is now in hospital as well after a stunt he wa practising went wrong, he works for a well know stunt man. Silly boy

Hope the Beta blockers work Jan, and she improves daily. Must be a bit less worrying for her family now she is gaining a little weight, bless her.

UPDATE

They have put Alisha on Beater Blockers to try and sort out the problems. She had lost a lot of weight considering her age but she has now started to gain it again.

She could be there anything up to 4 weeks we think. Will know more on Tuesday when they re-scan the heart to see how the medication is working.

Glad the doctors and family know what they are up against and hope the medicine helps this dear little mite, so she doesn't have to have an op.
I am sure everyone feels a little less frightened now.

At least they know what the problem is now. I do hope the medication works so that she doesn't have to have an operation poor little love.

My Neice and Nephew have asked me to Thank you all for your good wishes,

The consultant has seen Alisha, she has a problem with 2 chambers in the heart, They appear to be beating at differant times which is causing the heart to beat to fast.
I think thats what it means anyway, my sister is going to speak to the consultant again as soon as she can to get a bit more in depth answers.

She will be there for a while yet, they are going to try some medication before they decide if they need to operate.

Will update as soon as I can
