Eldrick,

A few years ago someone was successfully selling sealed bags of dirt from his Dyson as works of art. That's one of the strangest I have seen.

Eldrick Report 14 Aug 2008 20:10

I dont see how, when looking at the bidding history, the bids can go from $315 to $10,000 in one go with no increments.

It is almost certainly a spoof. It will end being bought by someone with a very low feedback (probably zero) and a non paying bidder report to avoid having to pay fees.

But there will be someone daft enough, sooner or later, to actually buy something stupid like this.....:-)

Oh yes, its amusing, I'll give you that.

Its giving me ideas as well, seeing how much the bidding is up to :-)

Don't care if it's true or not Eldrick it made me laugh !!!

My dad didn't make my mum a cup of tea for 30 yrs....until he retired ........it's not unheard of lol xx

Eldrick

Eldrick Report 14 Aug 2008 19:41

Isnt it interesting how eveyone just blithely accepts that this is a true story as opposed to someone making something up to make a shedload of cash from someone who has more money than sense :-)

Call me cynical - but I suppose it makes mildly amusing reading.

22 years and he never made her a cup of tea. OK. Who's the daft one.
