It only appears as an image because it has been taken as a sort of screenshot in all likelihood (it is possible to take a shot of the whole window even if it is too large to appear on screen entirely). Otherwise it could have been exported as a jpeg image. It is genuine though.

Matthew and Jane Elwood who had my great great grandfather Francis Edward Elwood baptised in 1807 at Horsham Sussex. There is no sign of Matthew or Jane from this date and my great great grandfather was brought up as Francis Edward Elwood MITCHELL
