The only thing I have tried is Rescue Remedy.I took it after I had been out for a meal one night and after the fist course I became violently sick.Everytime after that I could not go out to eat without having this terrible panic feeling.
Rescue Remedy was my saviour .Just a few drops on the tongue as often as needed and it helps calm you.
It helped again when my mum had dementia and was in a home.It just helped me when I visited as I found it quite a trial.
Are wanting to try something?
Did you get any sensible reply's on your thread last night?

Must admit to being a little sunburnt, but not to the exten of having to coat myself in dairy products.

However, if that's your thing, hey, its a free world!

And they are homeopathic....?

I though homeopathic was a drop of nettle juice diluted in a swimming pools worth of water (olympic size)

The eye of rat is appealling though
