	Glad you're ok Rod! The funny thing was I went to the Family history fair and someone had gone up to Carol from Genealogy Printers and said she was sorry to hear that Ron had had a heart attack..... then Ron appeared and wondered when he'd had it!! ;o)

	So pleased you are O.K. My friends husband had the dyno rod treatment last year lol. He is absolutely fine and walks 7/8 miles every day. Good luck. Jean x.

	Hey Rod, what you need is a good swig of Mr. Muscle drain cleaner, that will do the trick.......you will not survive this, but at least your arteries will be clear..... ....seriously hope you rest, and are soon on the mend....x
