As I'm first back from the meet,I would like to say how successful it was.

The weather was quite good,although none wanted to walk on the prom.
The meal was excellent,and the company also.

I had only met Linda before.
Hayley was wearing black and a pink glittering scarf!
We all got on well ,and circulated.Am a bit hoarse from all the chattering.
I had seen most on the pics on next gen,but nice to see them in the flesh.
May and Gordon were around my age....(the oldest there!),so there was a nice mix.
You will see pics on next gen I expect.
Going to watch Oliver and Nancy now,will come on later.

I'm back now and had a fabulous time..good company, good food, loads of laughs and made some new friends too. Oh! and the sun shone until about 5pm!

Is there anybody here who watched (used to) the programme Neighbours. If so, can anybody enlighten me to why it has suddenly ended, and is it coming back again soon?
I have followed Neighbours for years now, but must have missed somehow why it was stopping.

Thank you so much Brenda and Linda for organising such a great day at a lovely venue, with good food and fab company. It was great to meet up with old friends and to meet new ones too.
