It is a good idea this....... I often wonder with things like weight is it nature versus nuture, is it something we have inherited or what we behaviour we have learnt.

Although ...my dad wasnt born In england but strictly speaking he was british and born to british parents...

i have a very good figure although i have child bearing hips i have seen trinny and her friend before on the television and they do like you to bare all and i could not do that on national television i would be so embarrased and feel i would be the laughing stock.

I have an our glass figure (with a big belly ) but very small waist.....as I said I do have watch what I eat and be regimentle with my eatting habits and am still about 10 lbs over weight...

So yep Kay I would be interested to know..When my Aunt found out she had bowl cancer ....they advised her that her daughters got tested...as it appeared that 4 of out of her 7 brothers had had it...and even my 2 of my cousins ...not one for missing owt on owt ..I spoke with my GP who contacted christies who offered me the test...till I found out how it was done and it wasnt a simple blood test....

Yep.....Back in my day **groans ** when I was expecting my first child you wasnt even given a scan unless there was a problem...then you got one at 16 weeks when I had my other 2...never crossed my mind to ask what sex they was....but I am a beliver in being grateful for what god sent me...

Good point Hayley,, not thought about choosing the sex of a little one for non medical reasons..

I have never thought about that deep about it but if it was to be debated.. I suppose I would be all for making people healther but then about ordering the sex of your babies....at the back of my mind I keep thinking...is it messing with nature ? Then they will be always someone that will abuse the knowledge....for their own ends....
