	mine throbbed like mad and 2 weeks l8r we were having a barn dance (school PTA) pmsl I mostly manned the kitchen but managed 1 hop lol

	ooouuuch rose hope you ok I broke my big toe by dropping me wooden bread board on it .....hurt lie fury and went black (underneath) all they do as, has already been said is strap yur toes together. fetches bandage cellotape and lolly stick ...hehe im good at improvising
