as I do a lot *sniggers*

and it occured to me........... do we secretly like a bit of a chauvenist?

He seems to have sparked an interest in a lot of ladies.........and ones like myself too that wouldn't think of tolerating that in the real world...........By rights I'd have gone for the attitude of Sam Tyler but he's not a patch on our Gene. Can't work it out .......it's not just his looks as I've seen him in other things and not given him a second look xx

I'm like Hayley, would rather be wooed, wined and dined etc. than have the 'get yer kit off' approach LOL

It is great scriptwriting isn't it!!!
No way would I go for such a chauvanistic pig as Gene Hunt (in real life) but my God he is such a turn on...says it how it is....must be all that hunky macho testosterone oozing from the man that does it.

Are we missing out on something ladies, now that we have 'New man'.

Karen that is my point and Muffy's I think.....he is a turn on but you wouldn't want to live with him....can you see Gene ironing or getting up with the baby in the night, cooking the tea coz he can see your shattered.......letting you watch re-runs of corrie st on a saturday afternoon instead of the sport ? Hang on mine wouldnt do the last one.....lol

His idea of enjoying literacy is reading the racing Post….or the pink final

He always announcers he is about to used the bathroom and goes in to great detail why?….with his mug of tea lit cig and said racing post.

He tells you on your birthday to get your glad rags on….he is going to a gent and take you out for the treat of your life…

Night at the greyhound track followed his idea of posh nosh…..the Berni Inn for a nice steak….

Apart from toast his only other claim to fame with his culinary skills is a curry that could clear drains the hotter the better…..burns his mouth and in his own words “ gives me the trots…could **** through the eye of a needle..” just as your about to tuck into your breakfast…

Oooo Hayley I reckon it would be red underwear not black lol .......red with lacy black bits........

I also reckon he'd refuse to eat pasta..... (*pasta's for pansies*)insisting instead on copious amounts of fried food and plenty of *oops..

Tina........Gene Hunt is real hon......... certainly in my mind he is lololol

Well a real TV character anyhow lol xx

Gene Hunt's idea of a great meal...
Steak Diane with loadsa chips and a big helping of black forest gateau for 'afters'. Don't suppose he'd bother with a starter, starters are for pansies and tarts.
In between the two courses he'd smoke 3 fags and beat up the waiter!!

Gene Hunt's idea of a great snack....
Chip Butty or a bacon butty, plenty of sauce, followed by a Sherbert Fountain.

Would never allow you to drive his car ever.....as women can not drive......then ask you to pick him up from the pub...at midnight...after his darts match...
