Hello Everyone, just popped on to see whats about on a Friday night...okay so over here it's really only dinner time and you all are probably ready to hit the sheets.

Just want to say I don't often come on this site and so don't know who has said or did what and what's happening that's put others off. I try to form my own opinions........okay try not to form opinions and just try to be civil and respectful to everyone..........isn't that what were suppose to do. That being said sometimes I post then wonder if I've offended someone just because I posted on a thread.....guess that's why I try to avoid general board as must as possible.

Anyway to everyone who know's me HELLOOOO hope your all well.

Debs

Maddie waves to those she dosent already know.

Like all walks of life there are certain political mindfields. Unfortunatly every few Friday nights one kicks off.

I would say 99% of the people on these boards are lovely and genuine - there, as with all walks of life is always going to be someone out to spoil every one elses fun.

But having said that - there is often a lot more than meets the eye behind some of these barneys and its best to stay out of them.

Not everyone is as may immeadiatly appear and they may well have good cause for their behaviour. Although without being able to see the history it can be hard to know that.

Tin hats - jam sandwiches and a good sence of humour will see you through.

Its no reason to be put off the boards :) Just make up your own minds about people and dont go on other peoples opinions and trust your own instincts.

Not in defence of anything written but as an explanation......

There are people who have been hurt or bullied by others on this site. Not all people who have caused either, or those bullied or hurt are still present on the boards. Some of those people who are still present now feel that they are able to speak out and maybe retaliate a little without fear of more hurt or bullying.

There is a lot of history and most of the time we only see part of it so don't have all the information to enable us to understand fully.

Jacky :-)

i agree yorkie grannie, it is hard to know the undercurrents, and talking ot the wrong person/thread seems to mark you out

as i said at the beginning, i wasnt trying to decide who was at fault with this thread, or why, just asking why this goes on so much, its such a shame

Sorry Yorkie Grannie, I should of perhaps said unadvisable to post on contentious threads without knowing the history behind the reasons they are contentious.. oh dear,

I have been on this site for nearly 4 years and this is only the second time I have commented. I should have learn't my lesson from the first time round.

Night everyone :o))
