Do you really want to know. If I said how 2008 is so far I would be banned for life.

Onward and upward lol.

Hi Guys
Nice to see you all today,I have found that life has kicked me up the a*** and patted me on the head on a fairly regular basis although the pats have far outweighed the kicks, mostly because I refuse to leave the backside down low enough for a second shot
No point dwelling on the crap because that just attracts more, and I really dont see the point in that.
Deb good on your daughter for getting out in to life like that, thats what it is for after all
Love Tania

Hello gorgeous:))) Well you were one of the ones I was thinking of when I said about fate being relentless - there seem to be a few people close to me who are having nothing but crap this year as you know. As you say, onwards and upwards;)))

Right I've felt sorry for myself.

I would add I am sitting at my computer in front of my London window. I have watched a glorious sunrise, I have only myself to please today so life ain't that bad :-)

Yep your right there David
I have been really lucky in that I have birthed all my friends babies over the years.
One of them is quite noisy and we have always had this standing joke between us where she says what if I cry or scream, will you give me pain relief and and I say NA I will SLAP you.
Anyway for the first time in my life I let things get on top of me a bit for a week or so,Pete was beside himself wondering what to do with me next minute I get a phone call from said friend which went like this
Her I hear you have been a bit down
Me Yes
Her Well you have 1 more day to feel sorry for yourself then we will come over and SLAP the C*** out of you.
and the best bit was she charged nothing for the counselling LOL

I can't believe we're nearly in March already.

For me, 2008 has made an encouraging start, but I will not stop worrying about our business for a long while yet. If I had known running your own business and employing staff would be so stressful, I would have talked OH out of it, definitely.

2008 not bad so far.
A few irritating hiccups ,the worse was a part of a tree falling on me on Friday but apart from a busted shoulder it could of been a lot worse so def a good year:)))
We have had a great skiing holiday in Canada and next month my daughter is coming over with my first grandson for a week of cuddles.
We also have a daughter going around the world but she is in her early 30s so its not so bad as she was not living at home.
When I hear of all the fun she is having it makes me wish we had done something like that ourselves.
Sending a hug to all those having a bad start to 2008 and hope it all turns back round to a good year xx

x Jill
