If you download mozilla firefox and add on the ad blocker its blocking this out.

This is not just happening on the Boards. This morning I got an email from GenesReU saying I had a message from one of my contacts. When I clicked on the link to go and read it, bang - blank page and http://quinquecahue etc in the address bar. Norton stopped it again - but how long is this going to go on?? If it is the adverts causing the problem, surely its possible for Genes to remove them all from their pages till its sorted?

And why cant Genes sent an auto email to ALL members, explaining what is going on?? Some people never use the boards - and so wont see threads like these.

Could people please note the instructions I give them about sending this to me. A number of people have put different things in the subject heading of the email which means it doesn't get filtered into the correct folder - and means I then have to spend ages going through emails and manually changing folders. I know this sounds a bit picky but I really don't have time - in 24 hours I have had to answer over 200 PMs alone over this problem in addition to emails etc so please help me out on this one.

I've just sent my screenshot to Errol. It proves I was on GR at the time as it also shows my favourite websites list down the left side, and surprise surprise GR was lit up to show that the site was open. Hopefully everyone else's will show this too.

Never knew there was a Yahoo browser, but now know there is, I don't know anything about it or any of the features, but if it doesn't do advert blocking then change.

When downloading Firefox it will ask you if you want to transfer all your favourites and other bits and pieces over, and also if you want to make Firefox your default. You may have to uninstall the yahoo browser at the end, otherwise it may still open up when you click on links in emails.

Dee, what does it say across the top of your screen along the blue line.

You need firefox to download the adblocker, it is an addon

What were your problems trying to download firefox? I only did it yesterday and no problems (and I'm no expert)
