just looked on ancestry message boards and put into to search mee ipswich and there is a thread called the mee family with the same names as you lovely lot have found for me tonight so iv posted on the thread but its 3 years old but ya never know they might post on it

ok thanks when was census done in 1901 certainly with the above 1901 census the frederick mee age 9 my mum said that my grandad had a brother by that name as its on my grandads marriage cert frederick was a witness to his marriage

i know that eugene a mee birth is right as iv seen his birth cert eugene mee was my grandad and the birth cert had julian a mee as father

The only one i can see on the 1901 was born in Ipswich but living in Leicestershire..
