Yes she was married to Edward Lacy.
I'm tempted to take 'Clara D' as the correct one. Adelaide's a pretty unusual name and so maybe the 'D' should be an 'A' and its an error by the transcriber, and its a good fit.
Marriage cert need though as you say.
