William married Mary Alice Little 1885 London.
He is in the 1901 census at home with wife and kids in Urmston Lancs.
census says born 1861 Ramsey Isle of Wight
He is handy man (fire engine)
They wife is a widow in the 1911 census (living with her sister)
I cannot find William's death between 1901 and 1911.
I see a few on Ancestry have no death either.

As Brummiejan says, there are several possibilities.

Also quite a number of William H Corletts alive in 1911, and born in or near 1861 in Ramsey and other places in Isle of Wight.

Yes, I agree with Brummiejan. The 1901 image says he was 48, which, if correct, would make his birth 1853.

Blaine, you must have a reason to be looking at this person though, so how have you arrived at him?
The actual image on the 1901 census says place of birth is 'IOM' - so isle of Man not isle of Wight.

So you are certain that your distant cousin was definitely born c1857 in Market Harborough, and therefore definitely the one on the censuses, married to William Corlett?

I know she moved around a bit before marriage - in a different county in each of 1861, 1871, and 1881.
But I just wondered why she would get married in London? And therefore wondered if it was the right marriage.

In 1881 she was living in Lancashire, and FreeBMD shows two marriages for women called Mary Alice Little in Lancashire (Prescot and Rochdale).
Also one in Reigate, Surrey.

It has to be Mary Alice Corlett... she is at her sister, Fanny Little's home
in 1911 census as a widow.
This may be all we ever find.
