I've checked 19 Washington Street, Middlesbrough, ( given as 1916 address ) on the 1911 census... a slim chance of the family being there then , but no joy, sorry - occupants are a family of Daltons.

That is very kind.

I imagine that people at address in that area then where not there for very long - when the rent money ran out, I suspect it was often a moonlight flit. I could be wrong and would love to discuss further really.
