Wow, you're all brilliant, I've put all those names into the 1901 and 1911 census and other than the first reports sent by PollyPoppet and PricklyHolly I kept coming up blank.
I wonder what it is that you're all doing that I'm not?

Anyway thankyou so much for the help. You've given me plenty to work on now.

You can't get BMD info from censuses

This is what you need for info up to around 1950

http://www.freebmd.org.uk/


The later info - i.e. recent deaths have been taken from Ancestry...which isn't free
