Hi Mary
I know, its very strange.......all of the siblings apart from Miranda V & Arthur A C have a W in amongst their middle initials which could be a reference to Wilkinson??
I have searched for hours on Ancestry at my Library for them.
Thanks for looking and replying

I can't see them in 1871 even when you just put their 1st names in search.
Yoy would have thought Miranda V wouldn't be a common name would you.

Please can anyone throw some light onto this?
A recently discovered cousin has a bible, for which he knows nothing about, with the following inscription:
Awarded to Arthur A C Dunn for excellence in the Scripture Examination - 25/5/1881, signed by A Kaye, Vicar
I have found a Arthur Albert Charles Dunn b 1869 10a62 Stockton Dec 1868 (and unfortunately a death of Arthur A C Dunn March 1886 9d387 aged 17).
Arthur's mother is a Hannah Dunn and on the 1881 Census is shown as living with her brother William Wilkinson. So I am cautious, but am thinking her maiden name is Willkinson and Hannah has at some point married a 'Dunn'.
But have tried without success to find her husband &/or her marriage but cannot find her prior to 1881 Census. I have tried to locate Arthur's older sister Mirand (a) V Dunn prior to 1881 but no luck.
I feel like I am missing something and would appreciate some help..
Thanks
Michelle
PS Dunn is my mothers maiden name so this could potentially be someone I have missed on my genealogy travels!
