hi wondering if anyone can help. im looking for info on my dads grandmother ,mary ellen veitch. the only thing i have is marriage certificate that i sent off for. according to that she married frank gomersol peel 19th july 1915. she was 27 years old and her farther is william veitch retired marine. i cant find her or her farther on any census. i ordered a birth certificate and the gro cant find her. is it possible she was born abrord? if so how can i find out ? thanks for any help
