Looking to find out the nmaes of the mother and father of Frank Edward Piper born Feb 1921 Sussex, England, there is no one left in the family that knowns these details, only have short birth cert so stuck on this one. There were 2 other children Joyce and Eva. Hope someone can help have tried searching records and trees but no luck?

You would need to get the birth certificate of the child you are most interested in, to confirm the mother's maiden name as Earl.

You could have found this yourself on Freebmd - have you tried it? I put in William Piper, and spouse first name Kate, and year 1850-1860. It was the only marriage that came up, but that doesn't prove it is right.
