Find Ancestors

I am stuck!!! Edward Gibson born Cartmel 1811 married Ann Postlethwaite. I can only find out that their Grandson Edward b 1869 lived with them. I am trying to find out who his parents were? but to no avail. Please can anyone help me.

So sorry for not making it clear. I was hoping for information on Edward Gibson born 1869. I can only find information on him living with his Grandparents Edward born 1811 who was married to Ann. I can't find out who their Grandchild Edwards(1869) parents are.
