These are the only Rowetts in Polperro which comes under the parish of Talland.

1841:
Thomas Rowett abt 1786 Cornwall, England Talland, Cornwall
Grace Rowett abt 1801 Cornwall, England Talland, Cornwall
Mary Rowett abt 1831 Cornwall, England Talland, Cornwall
Martha Rowett abt 1838 Cornwall, England Talland, Cornwall

If you decide on the Talland Rowetts then Phil was born some years after their marriage and therefore her parents were probably older than the norm and may be dead by 1841.

This is a possibility, when following the christening of Phil.

Many thanks Ozibird and Lynski, but I was looking for this Philippa's mother and father. She got married in 1840 so her father John should be still alive in 1841 census but I haven't found him yet. unless it was the one Roy found. But he shouldn't be in St Austell (John not Roy!!)
