Find Ancestors

I dont suppose anyone can tell me about these 2 could they?
Ive looked for George myself but in the census records i found 2 Georges from the area 1 from foy which is in The ross District and 1 george from ross it self,but cant find any other record of the the ross 1 except in 1891 but it doesnt give family detail

If the marriage Jonesey found for Lily May's parents is correct.

Lily's mum was Margaret WOOD before she married and became Nicholls.

No Mike... Lily was veronica's mum.Evans was my mums 2nd married name 1st being Gibbs in 1966 and Gwen left a message abt it.My fault didnt use a commer between Gwen n Evans

The EVANS marriage was in 1982, the first marriage in the name of Veronica A M WOOD was in 1966.

Maybe the J was a name she chose not to use?

I still think that we are on the right track. I believe that Lily May's mothers second name was Maria. There are many cases where the name a child was registered as changed either at baptism or at some other point in their lives.
