	If you look at the posting by Chris Ho :) at 09.19 you will see that there was a John Golding born in 1878 and John Frederick Golding born in 1879 whose father was George Golding. Perhaps you need to purchase a certificate or two. The marriage certificate will name his father and should give John's full name.

	What was your grandfather's name.....was he John born 1878 or John Frederick born 1879 ?

Member Since: May 2011 Posts: 143 Send Message	Hi chris it is quite difficult to work out who is who just spoken to someone to trigger a memory that sal haywood perhaps had her son in the workhouse and then went on to marry john golding not sure of this. Also confirmed they think there was a nother son and definately the daughters Nell and Lylie i asked about this name as well and are not sure if Lylie is short for anything else. Thanks so much for help its all really confusing Lylie is short for elizabeth
