No, her birth was Nov 1830, which makes her 22 at marriage - right family but still can't find them in 1841 when I need them

William Gowing b c 1785/90 d 1850 Kensington. married Mary unknown.
Occupatin 1816 corn chandler and baker.

Children all born in Chelsea are:
Mary Ann 1811
Jacob 1815
Susan 1816 d 1817
Elizabeth 1819
William Thomas 1821
Simon 1824
Emma Jemima 1826
Susan Clears 1828
Charlotte Eliza 1830

I know some of them married before 1841 but I cannot find what I would call the core family in that Census. Williams father was Jacob, b Hopton Suffolk. I am trying to confirm wife Mary but need to find her in 41 or 51 to see where she was born. Can anyone find him/her?
