There is another Wellbelove Smith Marriage in 1903. Harry to Maude who could be her parents. But to be fair I really think you need to get her marriage certificate to make sure you are on the right line. It will give you her father's name and occupation. |

Now that you have the correct birth details (Born 1921?) for Winifred Emma, the best thing to do is purchase her birth certificate, which will give you the names of her parents. x |
